Summary

I am a graduate student attending Bellevue University majoring in Management Information Systems. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Mount Mercy College, and an Associate’s Degree in PC & Internet Programming from Kirkwood Community College.

Among the activities I enjoy are working with databases using MySQL and SQL, building computers, and troubleshooting computer problems. Among the other activities I enjoy are designing and creating websites, graphic design with Photoshop, programming, and learning about new and emerging technologies.

Developed and maintained new websites using PHP and Dreamweaver, and when necessary Joomla as a content management system. Used Photoshop to create graphics for the sites, and used MySQL for any back-end databases that were needed.

 Help Desk Work Study, August 2003 – May 2005

Assisted students and faculty members with computer related questions, over the phone and in person. Maintained the computer lab printers and computers. Provided support for Microsoft Office applications. Logged technical support issues into a program called Track-It, and directed the problems to the technical support staff.
